Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analyst- Healthcare domainShift timings: 24*7 (rotational including night Shift)Should have experience as a Business Consultants/Project Managers/Stakeholder Management from Non-IT background who can provide solutions, only from health care.IC RoleOverviewThe analyst is responsible to help document and refine claim product model capabilities based on existing SOPs and interviews with claim SMEs. Identify variations between LOBs where they exist, and recommend changes to model to support simplification, growth, accuracy, etc. Create a template/format for business and tech teams to compare capabilities between existing and target CAEs to help plan appropriately for migration efforts.RequirementClaim processing knowledge ononeor more CAEs (Claim Adjudication Engine)M&R (Cosmos), E&I (Unet, USP/Cirrus, UHOne), C&S or Individual Exchanges Business (CSP Facet), UMR, Reconsiderations/Rework/Quality, Claim Coverage DeterminationOrHealthcare Domain knowledgeGreen Belt/Lean Training or Certification is preferred
