    MTG Learning Media is hiring for Sr Sales Executive role.Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive - Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF)Location: Gurgaon ; Work Timings : 08:30 am to 05:30 pm ( Monday to Saturday)About SOF:The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is an International Organization dedicated to fostering academic excellence and nurturing a competitive spirit among school children through various Olympiad exams and enriching educational programs.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Sales to join our passionate team and play a pivotal role in expanding SOFs reach and impact within the educational community. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization that is shaping the future of education.Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with schools in the assigned territory, effectively promoting SOFs Olympiad exams and educational programs.
    • Key Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key school accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing engagement with SOF programs.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas within the education sector.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to ensure seamless program implementation and support for partner schools.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of proven success in a sales or relationship management role, with experience in the education sector highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
