Job Description

    1. New Business Development Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in target industries, initiating contact through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and propose tailored solutions.2. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and loyalty.Schedule regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.3. Market Research and Analysis Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitors.Provide insights to the team based on data and analysis, adjusting strategies to meet market demands.5. Sales Presentations and Proposals Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition effectively. Create and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing that align with client needs and company objectives.6. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.Prepare regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to share with the management team
