    Business Development Manager - Augmented & Virtual Reality Technology StudioAbout Us:XR Central is a leading technology studio specializing in the creation of innovative Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences. We empower businesses across various sectors to leverage immersive technologies for training, marketing, entertainment, and beyond. We are passionate about pushing the boundaries of AR/VR and are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the AR/VR space. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with potential clients, and represent our company at industry events. This role requires a deep understanding of AR/VR technology, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for driving innovation.Responsibilities:
    • Business Development & Lead Generation:
      • Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including but not limited to entertainment, education, healthcare, and manufacturing.
      • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
      • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and online research.
      • Qualify leads and assess their potential for AR/VR solutions.
    • Sales & Client Relationship Management:
      • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our AR/VR capabilities.
      • Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations.
      • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
      • Work with client servicing to ensure smooth handoff of new clients.
    • Market Research & Analysis:
      • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in AR/VR technology.
      • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
      • Analyze client needs and provide feedback to the product development team.
    • Networking & Industry Events:
      • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
      • Represent the company and build brand awareness.
      • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers.
    • Reporting & Forecasting:
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
      • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the technology sector.
    • Strong understanding of AR/VR technology and its applications.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in selling AR/VR solutions or related technologies.
    • Established network of contacts in relevant industries.
    • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
