Business Head - University ProgramAbout the role:Coding Ninjas is the leader in tech education for the college market in India. We are in process to set up a new vertical which would require working closely with colleges and universities and providing an integrated experience to students. This vertical is going to revolutionise the higher education sector in a fundamental way and will have a groundbreaking impact over the next few years. We are looking for someone to build this vertical from scratch by building the right team, setting up the processes and growing this vertical aggressively. Key Responsibilities:- Building a world class team for different aspects of this vertical. - Working with the leadership team in finding the product market fit by iterating and taking feedback from the market. - Owning the P&L for this vertical and growing this vertical exponentially over next few years. - Working with the colleges and universities and getting them onboard. - Go-To-Market: Define, lead, and execute holistic go-to-market plans to drive adoption and growth for the product.- Brand Building: Strategic and tactical plan development across various ATL, BTL, and digital channels.- Work with cross functional teams (Product, Program, Sales) to establish growth strategiesWhat we require (Desired Skills and abilities):- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth hacks, P&L handling, B2B/client facing experience- Ex-founders preferred- Experience of building amazing teams- Extensive experience in launching new initiatives, new products and program management- Strong project management skills with the ability to engage successfully with key external and internal stakeholders across business, product, technology, finance, legal and other teams- Strong Stakeholder management skills to be able to navigate multi party projects in the college market- Exceptional Analytical skillsRemuneration: Best in industry remuneration with the range of 50L-1.25Cr CTC depending upon experience.About Us:Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech Start-up in India.
