Business Head - Payments (Leading Fintech)Opportunity to head the Payments business for a leading Fintech in India.Client Details : Our client is a well funded Fintech in North IndiaDescription :- Head the Payments Business of the company- Lead multiple functions such as Marketing, Product, Distribution and Alliances for the firm- Head P&L for the entire payments busines- Deign business projections and develop operation metrics to measure process efficiency- Develop operational excellence to meet business vision and goals- Work with the CEO and board to drive overall business strategyProfile :- 12 to 18 years of experience in P&L role in a Payments Ecosystem (with atleast 3-4 years in a Payments Fintech)- Work experience in a Payment ecosystem is must to have- Tier 1/2 MBA- Strong experience of sales and distributionJob Offer :- Opportunity to head the P&L for the core business of the firm- Leadership role with wealth creation opportunity,
