Job Description

Position:Business Operations Executive Business Operations AssociateWhat You ll Be Doing

  • The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programe, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • As a lead generator, its your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. Youre the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
What We Are Looking For
  • Typically requires a 3-year degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
  • Good Excel experience is must
