Job Description

As a Business Process Senior Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.You will be responsible for:Independently handle large implementation projects with focus on Environment Health & Safety / Product Lifecycle Management Discrete or Process Industry processes by Identifying, evaluating and monitoring risks.Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverablesBe actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projectsDemonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clientsResponsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelinesParticipating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid ManagerProviding a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problemsDelivering billable components that meets a customers needsWhat you bringDegree in Engineering (BE, BTech)Minimum 2 to 3 full life cycle SAP implementationsMinimum of 8+ years industry experience and a minimum of 5+ years of SAP EHS / PLM experienceSAP Certification in Environment, Health and Safety Management (EHS) desirableStrong knowledge in SAP Environmental Management and Risk Assessment ModulesGood integration knowledge with other components with SAP S/4HANA (HCM / Success Factors)Familiar and skilled with EPA, OSHA, REACH and other regulatory complianceCertified Safety Professional (CSP) or working toward this or an equivalent statusPerform data migration and be eligible to configure, conceptualize and test processes on Emission Management, Compliance Requirements, Permit Management, Risk Assessment and Manage EHS Risk by Identifying, evaluating and monitoring risks.Experience with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and training along with SAP EHS Regulatory Compliance.Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) experience.Demonstrated understanding of EHS laws and regulations in addition to auditing experience.Good knowledge of end to end process in Design to Consume in Process industries scenarioHands on experience in working with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Process industry product desirableStrong knowledge in SAP PLM Process Industry portfolio such as Product lifecycle costing, Specification management, Formulation, Recipe Development, Product Compliance, Labelling, Handover to manufacturing using GSSStrong knowledge of EHS processes and end to end change management process using change records or engineering records will be a plusFamiliar with PLM process integration with other modules like Idea management, EPPM, Project systems, EAM, EHS, Product complianceFamiliar with capabilities of SAP EPD in Requirements management, Systems Engineering, CollaborationGood configuration and implementation knowledge of SAP Document Management Systems is a mustStrong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focusSolid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiencesMobility is must candidate must be ready to travel to project locations (short term and long term)Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scoresProductive days/utilization as defined by the organizationKnowledge Management and creation of effective reusable componentsHave experience with data migration of Specification database, DMS data and other EHS / PLM objects using standard SAP data migration technologiesLead team to deliver the necessary SAP EHS / PLM requirements.Provide support for SAP EHS / PLM module to business users.Design and build SAP EHS / PLM solutions & perform maintenance and supportMust have strong ERP implementation experienceExperience in SAP PLM technical knowledge will be an added advantageKnowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution portfolio will be preferredMust have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodologyUse of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirableMeet your teamTo address requirements in the area of Supply Chain Management Environment Health and Safety / Product Lifecycle Management and solutions, build competencies at Solution Delivery Center to deliver solutions especially in areas relating to SAP EHS / PLM.,
