Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:1. Planning and analytical skills for campaign development and execution2. Manage customer journeys on marketing automation tools like Clevertap andwebengage etc.3. Responsible for cost and revenue growth4. Understand user funnel and constantly optimize journeys for better conversion5. Coordinating with other support functions like content, design, product, customerservice etc required to drive the campaigns6. Maintaining the repository of templates and updating them with links & imagery7. Monitoring progress of campaigns using various metrics and creating performancereports8. Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues related toonline campaignsRequirement:Good analytical skills and active research skillsMandatory experience on marketing automation tool - Cleaver tap and Web-EngageExcellent knowledge and hands on experience with Excel and other analyticaltoolsGood command over English and Hindi to make any necessary changes incontent if requiredKeep abreast of current trends in the poker industry and competitors.Knowledge of Poker would be a huge plus.
