DC Stock Availability Maintaining Stock in DC as per DC IS. Creating PO for Vendor as per DC IS. Sending PO to Vendor Receiving Offer / Seasonal / New Stock requirements from Category Manager with Store Wise Allocation and creating PO, getting Stocks and distribution to stores for the same. Taking Delivery from Vendor as per Lead Time. Checking Vendor Invoice for Correct Margin.DC To Store Distribution of Stocks from Warehouse to Stores as per CI.IS and NPI Upload Uploading of IS and NPI Sheet in system as received from Category Manager for CG and GNC and 3rd party. For HG, NPI to be created at Warehouse.Return to Vendor Return of Stocks from Stores to Warehouse. Pullback working to be done by Category Manager. Return of Stocks from Warehouse or Stores to Vendor. Pullback working to be done by Category Manager. For HG, Fresh and Near Expiry PRM, taking CN from Vendor as per credit days. Escalation to Category Manager. Getting Credit Note from Vendor for Wrong Delivery or Regular TOT Return. Escalation to Category Manager.Urgent / Manual Indents Servicing Receiving Urgent, Manual Indents Stock Requirement from Stores. If Urgent / Manual Indents Requirement is present in DC, sending stock to stores. Simultaneously raising PO for additional stock along with CI PO as per Warehouse IS. If Urgent / Manual Stock not in DC or Outside IS, Procurement of Urgent Stock from Vendors, Raising PO, Getting Delivery and Sending to Stores. To avoid less than 10 Pcs. from any vendor. Or put a remark against. Providing Lead Time of Urgent Stock to Stores with cc to HO Category Team Raising PO, getting delivery and sending to stores. Providing Lead Time to Stores with cc to HO Category Team,
