Job Description

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Hospital Management Experience: Minimum 5-7 years Experience in hospital.Job Requirements

  • Should be able to participate in the development of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and priorities within the Centre.
  • Maintain an effective working of OPD, IPD, OT at Gurgaon Centre ensuring quality patient care with available resources.
  • Should have thorough and working knowledge of NABH standards for hospitals
  • Coordination with Departments at other branches.
  • Should be able to manage staff and organize, conduct & supervise the trainings of clinical and other staff of the Centre
  • Ensure Facility management & material management of the Centre in closed coordination with team at head office.
  • Prepare a variety of reports and statistics relating to service activities.
  • Resolving grievances of patients, consultants and staffs and taking corrective and preventive action.
  • Maintains professional conduct, good communication skills and confidentiality.
