About this role To work within Change team. To provide governance on customer changes. Interface with Implementation teams, customer, service managers and other change management functions. To ensure changes are implemented with standard lead times and minimum impact to customers. Youll have the following responsibilities Customer interaction on daily basis. Need to handle customer queries and be able to resolve any issues arising. A solid understanding of the change process. Process end- to- end Change requests with utmost efficiency. Ensure that all the required Approvals are in place before the submission of Changes. Need to manage high volume on day to day basis. To provide operational support ensuring KPIs and SLA are achieved. Share expertise with peers. Occasionally provides on the job training to other team members. Understanding of the business situation and capability to address the same. Meeting client expectation and process metrics. Support and participate in internal transformation initiatives. Take ownership of various tasks and work within the team for betterment of process. Youll have the following skills & experience Skills: Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (Expedio OM/RM preferred). Experience and ability to work in target driven environment. MS Excel - Able to perform basic functions and operations using simple worksheets and formulas. Preferred having excellent knowledge of Change Management Process. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent active listening and presentation skills. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications: Understanding of Network/ IT/ Telecom Products Experience in ITIL Process. ITIL Foundation Qualified (Certified Preferred) CCNA Preferred.
