Should be from Corporate finance background. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.Qualification-MBA in Finance/ CASalary will depend on current salary that the candidate is drawing.Basic Function:The Finance Head position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Principal accountabilities are:Planning1. Assist in formulating the companys future direction and supporting tactical initiatives2. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans3. Develop financial and tax strategies4. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes5. Develop performance measures that support the companys strategic directionOperations1. Accounts2. Finance3. Banking4. Taxation5. Compliance6. Company law7. Extensive experience of dealing with banks8. Managing credit lines9. Management of large working capital10. Handling of Imports- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations11. Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced12. Oversee the companys transaction processing systems13. Implement operational best practices14. Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package15. Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitionsFinancial Information1. Oversee the issuance of financial information2. Personally review and approve all Forms3. Report financial results to the MDFunding1. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts2. Arrange for debt and equity financingThird Parties1. Participate in conference calls with the investment community2. Maintain banking relationships3.
