This is a strategic, hands-on role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-focused environment.Key Responsibilities-Lead and manage projects end-to-end from design concept to handover-Develop detailed project plans, BOQ/BOM, material specifications, and finishing schedules-Prepare and present design concepts, 3D models, and mood boards to clients-Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless execution-Conduct periodic site visits, oversee quality control, and resolve design/technical issues-Mentor junior architects and promote a collaborative team culture-Work closely on new product development (NPD) and custom fabrication elements-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand aestheticsIdeal Candidate Profile-Minimum 8 years of core experience in high-end residential architecture & interiors-Proven track record of completing full-cycle architectural projects-Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and execution-level documentation-Experience with project planning, client handling, and team leadership-Exposure to custom fabrication and architectural products is a plus-A creative hustler with a solution-first mindset and attention to design excellenceTechnical ProficiencyEssential: AutoCAD, SketchUp (3D), Adobe Photoshop, MS OfficeFamiliarity with project management tools or BIM platforms is an advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead landmark design projectsCreative autonomy and a collaborative, design-forward cultureExposure to innovation in materials, techniques, and productsA leadership role in a team that values hustle, heart, and high design standardIf the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share e your updated cv athidden_emailor contactPranav- hidden_mobileShare the following details- Current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc- Relevant experience as an Architect- Current and preferred location--Reason for leaving current/last jobs-Team size managed
