  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : The Global Network Tower Head/Manager must demonstrate a proven ability to meet objectives in a highly global, collaborative and high performance work environment A: 12 years of experience in information technology, with at 7 years of experience leading and managing a global IT network service delivery in a high technology company B: Excellent change management and service operation skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment C: Strong understanding of ITSM and the ITIL
      • Technical Experience : A: Strong knowledge of network technologies like SDN - VMware NSX, Cisco ACI, Arista Cloud Vision B: Strong knowledge of network security technologies like - Cisco ASA, Firepower, Check Point, Palo Alto, F5 LBs C: Strong Routing and switching, VPN Technologies skills with very strong hold of - Arista 7k, Cisco 9k, ASRs and CSRs D: Very good hold of BGP routing E: Experienced in public cloud network technologies like VPN, Azure Express route, VNETs F: Strong Routing and switching
      • Professional Attributes : A: A process-oriented individual, with strong project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization B: Able to lead the team of Design, Implementation and support services C: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and after hours
