Job Description

    Civil Site EngineerResponsibilities:1. Construction Supervision: Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications. Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that may arise.2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Schedule construction tasks, allocate resources, and manage timelines.3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations. Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.4. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.5. Material Management: Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials to the site. Verify that materials meet project specifications and are used efficiently.6. Technical Problem Solving: Address technical challenges that may arise during construction, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, labor, materials used, and equipment on-site. Prepare regular reports and updates for project managers and stakeholders.8. Communication: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and workers. Provide updates on project status, challenges, and potential solutions.9. Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project expenses and adherence to the budget allocated for the sites activities.10.Environmental Considerations: Ensure that construction practices follow environmental guidelines and regulations. Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of construction activities.11.Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and productive work.
