Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Lead to join our team in Gurugram. This full-time position offers an annual salary of 4,00,000 and is ideal for individuals with a passion for client acquisition and business development. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth through effective client engagement and strategic sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying potential clients and establishing strong relationships.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with our service offerings.
    • Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and enhance brand visibility.
    • Utilize Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) methodologies to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, or business development.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client engagement.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and RPO services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
