Pl apply if you are from logistics/courier industry Client Relation ExecutiveKey Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication andengagement. Develop a deep understanding of clients businesses, requirements, and objectives. Conduct periodic meetings (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) and reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues orconcerns. Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfactionlevels. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
