Job Description

    we want Urgently closing Manager for real estate company who have the knowledge of real estate Experience- 3 years minimumRoles && Responsibility:Coordination: Work closely with tele sales team for the leads to facilitate a smooth closingexperience.Conduction of Site Visit: Arrange and conduct property tours according to client requirement,showcasing the benefits and unique selling propositions of the project.Manage Closings: Oversee all aspects of the closing process, including preparing closingdocuments, coordinating with client and follow company guidelines during the process.Revenue Generation: Prepare offer and counteroffers which are ongoing in organization todrive a closure to accomplish the objective of the organization.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates andaddressing any questions or concerns throughout the closing process.Document Preparation: Ensure all closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliantwith legal requirements.Job Location - Gurugramsalary - 50K to 60K ( will increase according experience)Interested candidates can call me on hidden_mobile
