Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Infra Manager who will help our customers build system components and in their cloud journey as they move and build new applications in the cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • As a Cloud Infra Manager in our Professional Services team, you will be an extended part of our customer s/Internal technical teams. As an expert, you ll help our customers build system components and in their cloud journey as they move and build new applications in the cloud.
  • Act as expert Cloud IT consultant to client s senior leadership team (VP, CTO level).
  • Serves a technical SME for Data Center and Disaster Recovery solutions planning and review.
  • Hands - on experience in formulating IT Roadmap and assessment, identifying key improvement areas in IT and providing recommendations.
  • Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Management and planning including Data Center Management, BCP, IT Infrastructure solution sizing, network connectivity solutions, IT Review etc.
  • Understandingof ITIL processes and formulation of various processes and policies, designing and evaluation of RFPs/Scope of Work, Bid Management and vendor management.
  • Recommend technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending delivery approaches; preparing time estimates; planning full project life cycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8 - 10 years IT experience, with five years in a Cloud Technology Good understanding and concepts.
  • Cloud infra knowledge (AWS/SFDC/Azure)
  • Service deployment Python/IIS etc.
  • Server monitoring
  • RDBM administration
  • Customer facing skills to represent AWS/Azure well within the customer s environment
  • Good understanding of multiple cloud platform (Azure, AWS, ), IT, data center delivery models, Business processes, Technologies and Infrastructure.
  • Excellent Communication
Educational Qualifications:
  • BS level technical degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Engineering background preferred.
