Cloud Systems Engineer in our Gurgaon office that enjoys working in a fast - paced and dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for Enterprise Software application installations, upgrades and maintenance. They will help manage our cloud server infrastructure within the IBM Cloud platform including VM provisioning, server configurations, patching, anti - virus and other tasks as needed. As part of the cloud operations team, you will have opportunities to explore the latest techniques in DevOps Automation as well as Advanced Security Management, and SIEM Solutions. The ideal candidate must be willing to work within a team environment that may require an adjusted workday and after - hours support. Qualifications: Experience with Windows Servers 2012 R2 and 2016 Experience with a Windows domain infrastructure, DNS, GPOs, WSUS and Symantec Endpoint anti - virus Familiarity with Windows Roles/ Features, specifically IIS Familiarity with supporting SQL Server 2014 and 2017 environments including installation, backups, basic queries and maintenance. Basic knowledge in networking and routing concepts Ability to understand and follow technical documentation to install and configure enterprise applications Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, with other language skills (including Japanese) as nice - to - have Experience with working with globally distributed teams (Europe, Japan, and US) Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients on meeting their needs in time - sensitive situations Nice to have (not required) : Experience with SSO such as ADFS, Okta or others Familiarity with Windows and Macintosh desktop support, and/ or mobile device management Familiarity with Cisco FW, Switch and VOIP infrastructure Experience with Zendesk or similar ticket management system,
