Job Description

    Job Role : - Cluster Sales HeadLocation: GurgaonExperience : 4 to 7 years of experience in inside sales with education industry, healthcare management, financial services, telecom, retail industry.Salary Bracket Up to 4.2 LPAPrefer Industry Education IndustryJob Responsibilities :
    • Initial contact with all prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
    • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    • Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
    • Upsell our service offerings e.g. Upgrade to social bubble
    • Closing sales, ensuring collections of new customers and achieving monthly sales targets.
    • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers through CRM.
    • Collect customer feedback and share with Operations, marketing and program teams for improving our service offerings, marketing campaigns etc.
    Required Skills and Attributes :
    • Excellent Communication Skills both written & verbal (English / Hindi spoken only)
    • Service & Solution mind set.
    • Self-driven, CAN-DO attitude with a strong customer focus and sales target focus.
    • Pleasing personality & team player; Ability to work with cross functional teams. Good interpersonal skills.
    • High on Value & work Ethics
    • Respect Diversity in workplace .
    • Good planning, prioritizing, time management skills, negotiation skills & commercial acumen.
    • Experience on having worked with a CRM like Salesforce & Lead Square would be an advantage.
