And Responsibilities: This role is for a Manager in the Public Service Industry team within Accenture Strategy & Consulting s Capability Network (CN) practice. CN is being grown aggressively to service overseas markets and has grown from startup mode to over 3800 consultants today. The manager will be required to focus on digital government initiatives within the Public Service practice focusing on cloud-based solutions. The PS Manager will be responsible for helping in driving our PS clients strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include: The Manger role is an integral part of the CN PS team The Manger will help achieve the team s Value objectives, and Head Count & Recoverability targets The Manger will develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Industry Leadership & Client Account Leads The Manger will help our client teams in Market & Business Development activities, and thus enabling them to increase their revenues and sales The Manager will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 consultants directly The Manger will Commit to supporting innovation, collaboration, organization of team events, mentoring, learning & training and recruitment The Manger will work across a dynamic & international team, and travel globally to support global client work Business Development: Support global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice. Lead/Contribute to the proposal developments as an SME expert for Cities and Infrastructure domain areas Cloud Expertise: Provide expertise in Cloud Use-cases and cloud-based solutions for government agencies/ministries. Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research or white papers for use by the team and larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups. Experience: Management Consulting and General Business Consulting Experience is a must Have very good understanding of Global PS market trends, best practices and clients Have very good exposure to Large Global PS Transformation programs Client Stakeholder and Project Management Leads and manages a module / part of a project within a specific area or domain Works on client site with minimal supervision in his / her area Interacts with clients regularly and provides specialized inputs at a functional level Communication Has good written and verbal communication skills. Can articulate and share points well Shares inputs in his / her area to support a deck Make presentations wherever required to a known audience or client on functional aspects of his or her domain. Is part of the larger team which presents to the client Industry/ functional Skills The Right candidate must have in depth knowledge of cloud applications and use-cases for government agencies/ministries o Cloud Assessment: Cloud readiness maturity assessment, Planning and assessment of cloud solutions/platforms, Application assessment and migration planning, Business case development, TCO comparisons and vendor evaluation o Cloud Architecture: Develop cloud reference architecture, Define target state cloud architecture, Experience with private and public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration considerations. o Cloud Deployment: Cloud application development, integration and security, and policy restrictions for government implementations o Experience in Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Foundry, Open Shift, Docker, etc., experience in Virtualization Platforms (e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.). o Cloud Computing and Storage (AWS, Azure) o Devops and Agile methodologies, processes and tools o Workload Migration Automation Tools (Double-Take, Racemi, etc.) o Cloud Management Platforms (vrealize, Gravitant, etc.) o Infrastructure provisioning and management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible) The Right candidate must have analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights Key Competencies and Skills: Natural leader; easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues Team Player; enjoys the intellectual stimulation of collaborating with colleagues around the world Determined; appreciates a challenge and overcoming obstacles to achieve results Digitally savvy; continuous learner Strong communicator; fluency in English is required, additional language (e.g., Japanese) capabilities are highly advantageous Willing to travel and work at international client sites Additional Information: o Location India o Travel Percentage - Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100%,
