Job Description

Dear Candidate,We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual for the role ofCNC Machine Operator.Interested candidates can share their resume on hidden_email or can call hidden_mobile.Job role:-CNC Machine OperatorExperience:- fresher or 2 years ExperienceLocation:- Sector 8 IMT Manesar GurugramSalary Budget:- 18,000 to 30,000Shift:- Rotational shift from 8am/pm to 8pm/amJob Respon sibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations such as milling, turning, and drilling.Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.Select and install the appropriate tooling and fixtures for machining operations.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC and VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.Conduct quality checks using measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency.Document production outputs and maintain accurate records of operations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.Proven experience as a CNC/VMC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Skills Required:Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages.Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Thanks & RegardsHR RecruiterPawan VermaMobile & WhatsApp : 91-hidden_mobileDigigen Technology Private Limited Web:www.thedigigen.com
