Job Description

    We are having an opportunity for Collections Agent & Skip Tracer for a leading Canada based company offering financial services. Please find details as follows to understand better.
    • Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
    • Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • In-depth knowledge of laws and policies related to debt collection.
    • Evaluating the financial status of clients to determine the suitable repayment plans
    • Contacting debtors and implementing repayment schedules and terms
    • Utilizing various tracing methods to locate customers who cannot be contacted
    • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information
    • Recording the collection efforts to maintain a documented history of contact and status
    • Negotiating credit extensions when necessary
    • Ensuring all collections activities are in compliance with regulations and company policies
    • Processing payments and refunds
    • Providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolving client discrepancies and short payments
    • Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
