Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Executive Chef in developing and maintaining menus that align with the resorts concept and seasonal availability of ingredients.
    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
    • Showcase the rich culinary Madhya Pradesh by creating innovative dishes using local ingredients.
    • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all food safety regulations.
    • Control food costs by minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the front office and sales team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
    • Assist in inventory management and purchasing.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant or resort.
    • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
