Job Description

    Hiring for Community ManagerLocation- GurugramExperience: 5 years in community management.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Community Engagement & Growth
    2. Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and community participation.
    3. Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with community members, and brand advocates.
    4. Foster meaningful discussions and interactions across community forums, social media platforms, and Brand online groups and community app.
    5. Develop compelling and interactive content for community platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, and blog updates.
    6. Monitor user-generated content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.
    7. Plan and execute both online and offline events, including product launches, webinars, community meetups, and fan engagement activities.
    8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.
    9. Gather and analyze community feedback to drive improvements in products and services.
    10. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to address community concerns and optimize user experience.
    11. Oversee community forums and social media groups, ensuring a respectful and engaging environment.
    12. Identify and empower brand advocates and ambassadors to enhance Brand community presence. Data & Reporting
    13. Track and analyze key community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    1. Experience: 5 years in community management.
    2. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
    3. Creativity: Strong content creation abilities, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
    4. Event Management: Experience in organizing online and offline community events.
    5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with community management tools, social media platforms, Discord, and content management systems.
    6. Candidate must be from Similar industry.
