Resolve escalated incidents according to documented standards.Guarantee applications availability in accordance of the SLA.Provide Key Performance Indicators to management.Highlight any detected anomaly to the Problem Manager and proposesolution.Proactive monitoring.Incident Management.Customer Satisfaction.Problem Management.Diagnose and fix any detected event, alert or alarm on the Operating System and the middleware.Own any anomaly report detected and manage it till final resolution withLevel 3 support or Engineering teams and vendors till the anomalybecome a known error.Maintain service integrity of the platform; this includes management ofthe hardware maintenance, network connections and backup/ restorecontents when necessaryManage incidents within Orange Business process and tools; updateincident management tools in accordance with the SLA.Participate to post mortems analysis (i.e. find and document root cause)for every outage that had an impact to QoSUntil an incident is completely resolved its owned and tracked withProblem Management team. Helps in reduction of repeated incidents.Helps improve the Quality of Service and helps prevent repeatedincidents.As part of the change management team Implement the changes as per the schedule and established qualitystandards.Contributes towards problem management efficiently.Document and maintain procedures.Proactively check available vendor patches and inform Orange BusinessServices of potential risks or security holes.Function as a member of a dynamic team supporting a complex anddiverse enterprise production environment.Provide accurate and timely KPI reporting.about you Educational Qualification: - Graduate Degree in science, BE, B Tech, M.Sc. IT. Primary Skillset: - Good knowledge and hands on experience in Veritas NETBACKUP, EMC Networker, Netbackup appliance, NSS tool. Secondary Skillset: Veeam backup tool. Minimum 5 years of experience in backup technology. Below mentioned competencies / skill sets are expected for this job role :- NETBACKUP Hardware / Software / Server management expert.Extensive troubleshooting knowledge on Netbackup platform and worked on major device defects issues / Outages / Upgrades.Complete understanding of Backup resources for Netbackup Self Service, Tape Library, Netbackup Appliances, OpsCenter.Expert in handling Netbackup Self Service (NSS), Creating Protection Level / Users on NSS.Expert in Netbackup virtualized environment, VMWare Backups.Complete understanding of VMware Backups, Replication Director, NBD, Accelerator.Expert in VMWare / Windows / Unix Backup and Restore. Ability to perform complete DR.Ability to set up replication between sites using Netbackup AIR.Expert in implementing both LAN & LAN free (SAN) backup solution.Expert in Problem solving, Installation, Configuration, Performance Optimization and Backup administration / Configuration of Tape Library / Robot drives.Supporting end to end Private Cloud Solution for critical customer.Excellent Technical background on Netbackup, Tape / Disk Backups, Backup on Netbackup Appliances.Expert in Datastore / VM Level Backup and Full VM Restore (NBD / SAN).Expert in Backup Duplication, SLP, Import.Ability to perform backup capacity measurement and planning.Ability to work on OpsCenter, customizing Backup / Capacity / failure alert reports.Knowledge on Backup Architecture, Backup / Restore process flow, Storage Area Networks, Netapp Storage.Strong ability to work with International Customers.Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.Ability to work in a virtual environment.Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.Ability to work in crisis situations.additional information Primary Skillset: - Good knowledge and hands on experience in Veritas NETBACKUP, EMC Networker, Netbackup appliance, NSS tool.Secondary Skillset: Veeam backup tool.,
