    Hi CandidatesGreetings of the dayWe are hiring for,Contact Centre Transformation LeadExperience: 9-14 YearsMandatory Key skills: Contact Centre Transformation Lead, digital transformation technology, RPAExpertise (Atleast 9 to 14yrs with hands on experience) in Digital Transformation Technology Stack including RPA, Chatbot, BPM Knowledge of Incident Management Solution/ Tool for recording incidents and eventsKnowledge of BPM tools or workflow tools.Working knowledge in contact centre operations including IVRS systems, logging incidents, issue resolutions.Working knowledge on cloud platforms.Overall close to 10 years of experience including project management.Analytics/Process Mining/ Consulting led large scale transformation exp.Roles and responsibilities:Digital Transformation Manager. As a manager of digital transformation, you will oversee teams that use RPA, Chatbot, BPM and digital solutions to address the human factors that affect an organizations capacity to achieve its strategic goals.A transformation guidance team is responsible for guiding/leading the execution of your transformation. They do the planning and maintain the improvement backlog. Much of the actual work may be delegated, but the guidance team will oversee and manage the work.
