This role involves coordinating with vendors for bulk hiring of Sales NFTE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content across various platforms, from concept to delivery, while collaborating with sales teams and vendors to facilitate NFTE hiring. If youre passionate about crafting compelling content and have experience with e-learning tools and LMS, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities:
    • Create Engaging Content: Develop a variety of materials, including videos, one-pagers, and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (like Retail and Banca) to create engaging, sales-oriented content.
    • Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Maintain a consistent brand voice by following established guidelines.
    • Research Relevant Topics: Stay updated on industry trends to ensure content is relevant and appealing to our target audience.
    • Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Leverage AI and Basic MS Excel: Utilize AI tools and work with basic MS Excel functions.
    • Coordination: Manage coordination with sales teams and vendors for NFTE hiring and lifecycle management.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Minimum Graduate
    • Skills: Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), strong communication skills, and email etiquette.
    • Creativity: Ability to think innovatively and generate original content.
    • Time Management: Capable of managing strict timelines and working extensively when required.
    • Instructional Design Experience/Certifications: A plus.
    • Video Creation Expertise: Experience in creating creative videos and avatar-based content.
    • Experience Level: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
