Job Description

Dear Candidate,we are hiring for the position of Content Development(Technical). Please find the Job Description below.The principal responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum Development, develop and design proposals and content outlines and learning modules.
  • Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
  • Monitor and update the companys social sites. Keep up-to-date with best practices in technical writing.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, design and marketing teams.
  • Ensure process adherence; perform random audits to ensure all documents are maintained as per the company standard.
  • Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc as needed.
Core Competencies:
  • Proven working experience in technical writings
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken english
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly
  • Knowledge of software and computers
  • Attention to Detail and multitasking
