Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Extremely strong fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms. Strong coding abilities , preferably in multiple languages on UNIX systems (Python experience a huge plus!) Strong collaboration and communication skills , both verbal and written. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast - paced startup environment. Strong desire to learn about new technologies and systems. Requirements Passion for clean , usable design with an ability to bring designs to life. Experience to work alongside other product designers , product managers , and engineers. Ability to plan product strategy , conceive new features , rapidly prototype wireframes / mockups , and work with engineers to ship great software. Strong writing , editing , and proofreading skills. Experience in writing for the Web , content management and internet research. Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing. Data Analyst Requirements Love problem solving. Strong quantitative analysis skills - - design analyses , interpret results , and communicate findings. Critical thinking: distill complex data into few key findings , and identify technical or statistical considerations for more accurate and nuanced conclusions. Proficiency with statistical methods and practical applications , including experience with exploratory data analysis , inference , and experimental design. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Deep interest in technology and startups. Track record of learning new skills and putting them to use immediately. Self - driven and effective in an unstructured environment. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and that of the company.
