    Job Description
    1. Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator
    2. Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and other risk management processes
    3. Translating functional specifications into logical, competent-based technical designs.
    4. Designs and develops new ServiceNow flow designer and processes.
    5. Develop ServiceNow Custom solutions using products such as ServiceNow by customizing the product using technologies JavaScript, Jelly, web services including XML, HTML, and CSS.
    6. Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Utilize Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflow editor, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5.
    7. Proven experience in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications.
    8. Development of custom Service portal pages/widgets to support the Business Organization.
    9. Strong requirements gathering experience. Creates and Maintains the ServiceNow solution documentation.
    10. Assists ServiceNow junior developers in developing/customizing applications on ServiceNow platform.
    11. Guide the juniors to conduct code walkthrough, code review of junior team members code.
    12. Comply with ServiceNow best practices to maintain system compliance.
    13. Identifies, documents, and tracks defects. Performs thorough regression testing of resolved defects.
    14. Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to collect feedback from UAT Team & stake holders and fine-tune the solution.
    15. Manages Update Set creation and migration to Test and Production environments.
    16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good team player.
    17. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
