Assist in identification, engagement, and liaison with external Beneficiary Organizations (BOs)2. Assist in proposal funnel generation and initial proposal vetting of the BOs.3. Scrutinize all financial and statutory documents related to the BOs against internal checklists and CSR Policy guidelines. Routinely update the due diligence checklist as per industry standards or statutory guidelines4. Prepare write up on BO proposals that meet the minimum due diligence requirements and submit them to CSR committee members for approval5. Keep track of all approvals and follow up with relevant external and internal teams for fund release. Keep track of annual CSR budgets and utilization across all entities.6. Engage with internal stakeholders and committee members on a routine basis and provide relevant updates from time to time (monthly/quarterly/annual)7. Prepare minutes of meetings of all internal CSR meetings (ad-hoc/statutory). Assist in day to day operational requirements, documentation, archiving, filing and assist to improve the processes of the CSR program for all the AT&T entities in India.Broad Skills1. Exposure to CSR activities and knowledge of existing regulations governing CSR in India2. Strong Communication skills (written and spoken)3. Knowledge of Business Finance documents (how to review and analysis of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Financial Audit statements)4. Financial and Accounting background is must.5. Proficient in MS Office / Excel
