Job Description

    Job Role:Credit AnalystLocation:GurugramExp:1 yearsWorking days: 5 daysResponsibilities:Customer Credit Underwriting : Perform comprehensive credit analysis of the customer and create a standardized credit report for management review and approval. Customer Background Verification Analysis : Analyzing customer field inspection done via inhouse teams/third party, verifying through tele-verification and creating final CAM (Credit Assessment Memo) for management review and approval. MIS and Portfolio Health Management : Creating regular MIS and portfolio health reports to monitor and actively find early warning signs, and constantly optimizing underwriting methods accordingly. Process Building and Automation : Building, automating and productizing credit processes, to reduce overall turn around time. Crossfunctional Collaboration : Working closely and supporting on ground sales & operations teams, and with other central teams. Customer NPS : Ensuring best possible experience for the end customer.Qualifications: A bachelors degree from a reputed university, finance specific professional qualifications/certification is a plus. Work experience of 1 years in retail credit underwriting is mandatory.Experience specific to loans in the automotive industry is a plus. Experience in creating MIS, Portfolio Management including reports is required. Ability to build, scale and improve processes and solve complex problems, working in a dynamic and agile environment. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
