Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Sales Administration: o Manage back-office sales operations, including Builder Buyer Agreements, payment receipts, and other sales-related documentation.o Handle bookings and ensure proper logging in the CRM system.o Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all booking-related documentation, including client signatures and KYC verification. Client Interaction and Communication:o Conduct welcome calls and send welcome emails within 24 hours of booking. o Provide booking-related information and gather client feedback. o Handle post-sales queries through emails and calls, ensuring timely resolution of client issues. Documentation and Reporting: o Issue payment receipts, demand letters, and reminders as per the schedule. o Prepare and issue possession letters and buyer agreements to clients. o Follow up for signed buyer agreements and other required documents. o Format and issue documents such as credit notes, transfer documents, and demand letters. o Maintain files and document records accurately. Coordination and Follow-ups: o Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover. o Manage follow-ups for buyer agreements and payment collections. o Complete the fit-out/final possession process, ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Engagement and Upselling: o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to the existing customer base. o Build strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and
