Job Description

    • BBA Agreement Drafting: Draft, review, and ensure the accuracy and legality of Builder-Buyer Agreements (BBAs) for residential township projects.
    • CRM Software Management: Proficiently use CRM software to manage and update client information, track interactions, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
    • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions, agreements, and communications are properly documented and comply with relevant RERAregulations.
    • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily operations related to client interaction and project documentation within residential township developments.
    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the buying process.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically within residential townships.
    • RERA Knowledge: A strong understanding of RERA regulations and compliance in the real estate sector.
    • CRM Software Proficiency: Experience in using CRM software to manage client interactions and data.
    • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
    • Gender Preference: Female applicants only.
