Job Description

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Outbound calls and address escalated issues from clients.
    • Act as a liaison between sellers and shipment executives.
    • Follow up with shipping services to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Maintain and organize client data.
    • Develop effective communication channels between sellers and courier services.
    • Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels.
    • Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems effectively.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate in any field
    • Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.
    • Strong coordination and time management skills.
    • Ability to innovate solutions and manage irritate customers.
    • Fluent in English communication.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Eagerness to learn new techniques to enhance client success.
