Job Description

    Position:Customer ServiceProcess: NEO FO-VoiceExperience: 1 Year in Customer Service (Preferred)Qualification: UG/GraduateJob Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team at Concentrix for the NEO FO-Voice process. As a customer service representative, you will be expected to deliver top-notch service to our clients and their customers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle voice-based customer inquiries and provide solutions.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Follow established guidelines and processes to resolve queries.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback on customer issues.
    Interview Process:
    1. CSVAR (Customer Service Voice Assessment Round)
    2. FSR (Functional Screening Round)
    3. Voice Versant (Minimum score: 62)
    4. Ops Round (Operational Discussion)
    5. Client Round (Client interaction)
    6. WBI (Workplace Behavior Interview)
    Salary & Benefits:
    • CTC: 6.5 LPA
    • In-Hand Salary: Up to 45,383 (with a 20% hike on last in-hand salary)
    • MIV (Monthly Incentive Value): 2500
    • Cab Facility: 1-side cab for odd hours.If cab service is unavailable for both sides, a 4000 allowance will be provided.
    Work Schedule:
    • 5 working days (Rotational shifts)
    • 2 Rotational Offs
