Job Description

    Inbound Tele-calling Customer Service ExecutiveLocation - Gurgaon, Udyog ViharWorking Days - 6 Days working with rotational shifts / offsKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers .
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Promote and upsell relevant products and services when appropriate.
    • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
    • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues or escalate as needed.
    • Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets for call handling, customer satisfaction
    Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Hindi and English.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other telecalling software.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in BPO or financial services environment
