Job Description

Basic requirements: Excellent communication skills. Freshers/Minimum one year experience in sales/International Call Centers/Real Estate(Pre-Sales/Lead Generation). UG/G/Dropouts can be considered. General Day shifts (Evening shifts depending on client requirements) 6 days working (Roster Off)Location - GurgaonSalary - 20,000/- TO 24,000/- Per MonthSkill set we are looking for:Clarity of Speech in language supported by agent (English and Hindi mandatory) Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment. Strong verbal communication. Knowledge of real estate industry Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful Ability to Convince customers and showcase benefits Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation Extremely good Grammatical and sentence formation skills Good vocabulary and use of common phrasing in language. Attentive listening able to listen and probe in order to recognize important information and identity customer needs
