      • Answering questions:Inbound customer service representatives answer questions about products or services, account cancellations or renewals, and more
      • Resolving issues:They resolve issues with orders or accounts, and escalate issues when necessary
      • Providing technical support:They may provide technical support to customers
      • Handling customer feedback:They handle customer feedback and complaints
    • Documenting interactions:They record inquiries, transactions, interactions, complaints, and comments of clients
    • Maintaining quality standards:They ensure adherence to quality parameters and customer satisfaction
