Job Description

    Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, HaryanaWork Mode: Work From OfficeRole OverviewJoin PhonePe as an International Voice Process Associate to deliver top-notch customer support and ensure seamless communication with clients while maintaining the highest professional standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Assist customers effectively, ensuring a high-quality support experience.
    • Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
    Qualifications & Skills Required
    • Education: Graduate in any field.
    • Experience:
      • For Customer Support Role: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
      • For Sales Role: Minimum 1 year of experience in ML Sales.
    • Language Proficiency:
      • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
      • No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence), and free from grammatical or pronunciation errors.
    Additional Details
    • Salary:
      • Freshers: 22,000 CTC.
      • Experienced: 24,000 CTC.
    • Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts.
      • Rotational for males.
      • 6-day working schedule.
    • Location: Plot No. 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016.
