Job Description

    Hope you are doing well!Nvizion Solutions is looking for Customer Success Manager for permanent role for Product Nitrogen.Job ResponsibilitiesExperience required: 6 to 10 years in the industry.Lead the onboarding new clients on NitrogenUnderstanding the clients requirementsManage relationship with existing accountsLead the solutioning conversation during salesManage on going support with existing customers with the help of CS & SRE teamManaging and enhancing the product featuresTranslating the clients requirement with the Product team to enhance the new feature sets.Analyzing the data and preparing reports.Required Technical Skills:Must haveExcellent knowledge of HTML, JS, and CSS frameworksGood knowledge of web application frameworks.Good knowledge of Advanced Java/Node JS/Golang/JavascriptStrong experience in designing and implementing Web Services and API.Excellent communication skillsGood knowledge of Version Control Systems and Build processes.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Nice to haveCloud Platform experience (GCP/AWS/Azure)Kubernetes and Docker experienceEducation QualificationUG: B.
