Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Success Associate / Customer Support Executive (Male)Work Mode: Work From OfficeProcess: Domestic ProcessLocation:Gurugram, Delhi NCRJob Summary:We are looking for a Customer Success Associate / Customer Support Executive (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written) and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
    • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
    • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
    • Work in a6 days working, 1 weekly off.
    Key Qualifications:
    • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate both are eligible.
    • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
      • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Salary:Above 25,000
