We are looking for skilled Regional Language Support Specialists proficient in Bengali, English and Hindi to join our team. If you have experience handling customer support through calls, chat, and email, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat professionally. Listen to customers concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide accurate and helpful responses.
2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Investigate and resolve customer issues, such as product or service complaints, billing inquiries, or technical problems. Follow company policies and procedures to address customer concerns efficiently.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
5. Gather customer feedback and suggestions and communicate them to the relevant departments. Collaborate with the team to identify trends in customer inquiries and work on improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Pre-requisites:1. Communication Skills2. Empathy & Patience3.
