    Voice Process Executive - Airtel Payment BankPosition: Voice Process ExecutiveDepartment: Customer SupportSalary: 16,500 in-hand (Fresher) / 20,000 in-hand (Experienced)Work Schedule: 6 days a weekWork Mode: Work from OfficeQualifications:
    • Graduation is mandatory.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle incoming customer calls related to Airtel Payment Bank services and products.
    • Provide accurate information, assist with inquiries, and resolve customer issues effectively.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance service delivery.
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication skills (Versant Level 5 or equivalent).
    • Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
    Experience:
