Job Description

    We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in our voice process team at MakeMyTrip. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their travel queries and bookings.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, cancellations, refunds, and policies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing personalized and effective service.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Minimum 12th pass or above.
    • Experience: Prior experience in a voice process or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
      • Problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
      • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
    Job Details:
    • Salary: 15,500 20,000 (in-hand).
    • Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational shifts).
    • Location: MakeMyTrip Office, Gurgaon, Sector 20.
