Job Description

    About the RoleWe are building a dedicated practice for Proofpoint implementations as an official ProofpointService Partner. We are looking for skilled engineers with experience in email securityplatforms who can be trained to deliver high-quality Proofpoint deployments, configurations,and support for our global clients.This is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-grade cybersecurity products and become anearly member of a fast-growing security practice. The dealing is going to be for the IndianMarket.Key Responsibilities Assist in the deployment and configuration of Proofpoint solutions (e.g., EmailProtection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness, etc.) Work closely with clients to understand security needs, design appropriateconfigurations, and ensure successful implementations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption,and policy enforcement Work with internal teams and Proofpoint support to escalate and resolve complexproblems Maintain documentation and support handover materials for clients Participate in training programs and certifications to gain Proofpoint expertiseRequired Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions Prior experience with any of the following tools:o Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365,Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc. Understanding of email protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC Strong understanding of networking concepts Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments Excellent communication and client-facing skillsPreferred (but not mandatory) Exposure to Proofpoint solutions (e.g., admin console, policy configuration, TAP, DLP) Knowledge of cyber threat vectors, phishing techniques, and remediation Experience working with SIEM or SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)Why Join Us Opportunity to become a certified Proofpoint expert Work on enterprise-grade security implementations across multiple industries Competitive salary and fast-tracked career growth Exposure to global client projects in a high-demand domainCore Skill Sets to Request1. DLP (Data Loss Prevention)o Experience with Forcepoint DLP, Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview DLP, orProofpoint DLP.o Should understand policy creation, incident response, fingerprinting,EDM/IDM, tuning false positives.3. DNS & Email Authentication Protocolso Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and how they are configured and validated.o Knowledge of tools like MXToolbox, Valimail, or native DNS checks.4. Cloud & Collaboration Securityo Experience securing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.o Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security stacks (Zscaler, Cloudflare, Palo AltoPrisma, etc.).5. General Cybersecurity Competencieso Strong troubleshooting of SMTP, TLS, and DNS issues.o Knowledge of phishing defense, BEC (Business Email Compromise) scenarios, andmalware filtering.o Familiarity with incident response workflows and client communications
