Join our company and see how you can become a part of one global mission to make a difference in human health.This role will act as a liaison with Supply Chain strategy team to develop data analytics solutions for better decision making in Global Supply Chain function.You will be working closely with manufacturing sites across the globe. The role requires Identifying and vetting new process improvement and cost-saving opportunities within the manufacturing domain. This would be done by utilizing extensive manufacturing data available in various ERP systems across BD. You would also be required to develop & communicate actionable insights through problem definition and the application of statistical models against existing and/or simulated future data.This is a key tactical and high-visibility role that requires working with stakeholders across different time zones. The role impacts customer and financial performance, productivity, inventory accuracy, future business opportunities and growth.Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience with certification/course in AI/ML.Key Responsibilities:Experience to perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.Find opportunities to automate content or process and work with IT so that it could lead to productivity increase and time savings.Basic understanding of RPASkilled at designing, optimizing large, complicated SQL statementsExperienced in Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, SAP Business Objects and Power BI)Experience in data mining and statistical analysis techniques (in Python), data processing, database programming and data analyticsExperienced in End-to-End Machine Learning workflow which includes activities like Data Collection, Feature Engineering and Data transformation, Model training and deploying models in productionAble to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformationExperience and knowledge of ERP, SAP systems and Business Intelligence toolsExperience or working knowledge of statistical modelling of time series data (Must)Hand-on experience in algorithms like Regression, ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, etc.Knowledge of supply chain metrics like Forecast accuracy, Back Order, Inventory, etc.Demonstrated learning agility of new subject matterCandidate should have collaborative mindset and be able to work well with teams,
